Job summary

National University is seeking a Records Evaluator I to analyze student records for transfer credit eligibility and degree applicability. You will prepare transfer evaluations, run SOAR Academic Advisement Reports, and support advisors, faculty, and staff with accurate credit determinations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to interpret complex degree requirements, and effective communication with students and university partners. Remote- US work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of record keeping, customer service, or related experience required.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze student academic records to determine eligibility for admission and transferability of course credits.
• Run SOAR audits for eligible students and determine the accuracy of the audit.
• Assist students with special needs which require expert advice concerning evaluation of non-collegiate educational experiences or credit from colleges that are not regionally accredited.
• Review information captured by the transcript processing system for accuracy and update records accordingly.
• Maintain and apply current knowledge of catalog policy, procedures, and standards regarding transfer credit.
