Qualifications

• Direct project management or coordination experience within Insurance, Wholesale Brokerage, Financial Services, or Banking.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, or integrated marketing coordination.
• Hands-on experience in corporate rebrand, large-scale marketing implementation, or business integration.
• Advanced skill with project tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Confluence).
• Proactive, highly collaborative, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and execute task lists across two rebrand workstreams.
• Oversee the DAM platform to organize logos, templates, and assets for launch.
• Audit channels for consistent visual identity and messaging.
• Use Smartsheet and Teams to manage timelines and risk logs.
• Document meetings, drive action items, and help develop launch playbooks.
