Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Reasonable Accommodation Analyst for remote work in CST or EST time zones. The role features a Mon–Fri schedule (8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00), with 3 openings and a pay rate of $28/hr, paid bi-weekly.

The position focuses on managing intake for accommodation requests, reviewing documentation, and supporting the interactive process with HR and leaders while ensuring ADA/ADAAA compliance. Confidential handling of sensitive conversations is required.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with reasonable accommodation processes from an employer perspective.
• Experience handling reasonable accommodation requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake / initial engagement for accommodation requests
• Review supporting documentation and respond to inquiries
• Support/participate in the interactive process with colleagues, applicants, leaders, and HR
• Ensure compliance with ADA/ADAAA and applicable federal/state laws
• Handle sensitive conversations with confidentiality
• Manage outbound calls, documentation, and case tasks (letters, follow-ups, case workflow)
