Job summary

Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, seeks a Reality Capture Sales Representative for a remote role focused on Mid-Atlantic surveying and reality capture opportunities. Travel is required to engage with customers and partners in the region.

Ideal candidates will train customers, demo products, schedule installations, and support field troubleshooting while building strategic relationships and driving sales plans to meet targets. Strong communication and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with cross-functional teams and clear objectives
• Extensive knowledge of surveying or reality capture industries
• Strong presentation skills to groups of customers
• Aptitude for developing plans and strategies to succeed
• Passion for achieving business goals and targets
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• 2+ years’ experience with scanning applications
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

• Increase market share through development of reality capture business with new and existing customers in the region
• Assist existing customers by providing product and application training; job site demonstrations, installation scheduling, assist in field troubleshooting
• Provide input on competitive products and activities
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote growth of Leica’s Reality Capture product portfolio and achieve sales targets
• Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target and implement plans to counteract deviations
• Present and demonstrate Reality Capture products and associated benefits for customers and resellers
• Negotiate sales contracts and associated product supply milestones
