Job summary

Blake Willson Group is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support federal audit readiness, property documentation, and data reconciliation. This role suits a recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, offering growth within a consulting environment.

The position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ months of relevant experience through an internship, entry-level position, academic project, or similar experience involving financial analysis, data management, auditing, compliance, or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize facility documentation, including photos, surveys, acquisition/disposal packets, and other supporting records.
• Support validation, cleanup, and remediation activities to improve the accuracy and completeness of real property records.
• Perform completeness checks to identify missing documentation, duplicate records, and inconsistencies within property data.
• Assist with reconciling Automated Property System of Record (APSR) data and validating property information against supporting documentation.
• Support State Assistance Visits (SAVs), onsite and virtual inspections, found-on-site checks, and completeness surveys through documentation collection and detailed note-taking.
• Maintain remediation logs, status updates, and SAV report inputs to support audit tracking and reporting requirements.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms to track progress and support reporting activities.
• Maintain organized documentation using established naming conventions and federal recordkeeping standards.
• Coordinate with State personnel, facility managers, auditors, and internal teams to collect information and resolve documentation gaps.
