Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of installation management experience, preferably involving real estate or real property records accountability for a DoD or other federal entity.
• 1+ year of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to validate real property data, including hard-copy and digital records.
• U.S. citizen.
• Ability to regularly travel throughout your region.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating NexGen IT real property records against physical and electronic facility documentation.
• Conducting analyses and developing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborating with Installation RPAOs and supporting Corrective Action Plan development across project phases.
• Overseeing inspections and site visits; mentoring and reviewing analysts.
