As our Real Property Analyst, you'll earn between $26 and $33 per hour, giving you the opportunity to grow your career while being rewarded for your expertise and contributions. MAKE AN IMPACT AS OUR REAL PROPERTY ANALYST

You’ll work directly with federal real property records, ensuring critical asset information remains accurate, complete, and compliant. You’ll review documentation, assemble facility folders, upload Key Supporting Documents, and execute approved corrections within NexGen IT. As you visit installations and perform existence-and-completeness surveys, you’ll verify asset conditions, reconcile records, identify documentation gaps, and support the Government with reliable data. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with Regional Leads, help coordinate site visits, and contribute to projects that support accountability for important federal real estate assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
• 1+ years of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes
• Ability to work within NexGen IT or a comparable real property database, including adding, changing, and deleting records
• U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with facility folder assembly or Key Supporting Document preparation on a federal real property engagement
• Familiarity with Air Force Instruction 32-9000 series real property accountability requirements
• Field survey or construction-document review experience
• 3+ years of installation management experience, DoD, or federal real property/real estate records accountability experience
