Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes.
• Ability to work within NexGen IT or a comparable real property database, including adding, changing, and deleting records.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Work with federal real property records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review documentation, assemble facility folders, and upload Key Supporting Documents.
• Execute approved corrections within NexGen IT and perform existence-and-completeness surveys.
• Visit installations to verify asset conditions and reconcile records.
• Identify documentation gaps and support accountability for federal real estate assets.
• Collaborate with Regional Leads and coordinate site visits.
