Qualifications

• Relevant accounting and valuation experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CPA and/or MAI credentials are a plus.
• Experience with client deliverable life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review client's quarterly financial statements.
• Project net investment income for the upcoming quarter.
• Coordinate with appraisers for initial appreciation projection.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Coach and mentor staff.
