Job summary

Altus Group seeks a Senior Consultant, Managed Services to review institutional commercial real estate appraisals. You will assess valuation theory, inputs and methodologies, focusing on cap rates, discount rates, and market assumptions.

You’ll support a broad portfolio and collaborate with internal teams and the India group to ensure high-quality valuation reviews. You bring 3–5+ years in appraisal review, hold CGA status and are pursuing MAI, with strong Argus Enterprise and Rockport Val

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of appraisal review experience for institutional-grade CRE.
• Licensed as a Certified General Appraiser and on track for MAI.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise; familiarity with Rockport Val a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review institutional appraisal reports for CRE, assessing valuation theory and inputs.
• Evaluate cap rates, discount rates, and other assumptions for reasonableness.
• Support portfolio valuation oversight across multiple real estate funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and India-based partners to ensure consistent reviews.
