Job summary

Rechat Inc. is hiring an Account Executive to build and own a high-volume SaaS pipeline targeting real estate teams and brokerages. You will manage opportunities from prospecting to close, partnering with marketing and product to accelerate deals and drive revenue.

This is a fully remote role aligned to Central Time for US business hours. You will need a proven track record of meeting quotas, strong discovery and presentation skills, and the ability to sell outcomes rather than features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including high-volume, short-cycle sales and owning SMB or mid-market deals.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities from prospecting through discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and close.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maintain momentum in a short sales cycle.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
