Job summary

Burlington Stores seeks a highly organized Real Estate Specialist to support territory-based Real Estate Directors. You will help manage site selection, construction schedules, LOIs, and Lucernex workflows while coordinating with internal and external partners.

This full-time role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience with Lucernex, and a track record in retail real estate. You’ll attend ICSC events, track deal progress, and help prepare packages for approvals across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Lucernex lifecycle tools preferred.
• Retail real estate experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site selection process with internal/external partners through Real Estate Committee processes.
• Track construction schedules and monitor project progress.
• Sketch site plans for LOIs with director.
• Review LOIs with VP Real Estate and Legal; ensure exhibits and dates are correct.
• Attend regional ICSC shows and conduct site visits.
• Prepare and coordinate site packages with Finance, Market Planning and Real Estate leaders.
• Manage Real Estate workflows in Lucernex with leadership guidance.
• Support deal lifecycle tracking and external partner coordination.
