Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager focused on building management deployment in the Boston area. You will manage all phases of real estate projects from initiation through closeout, collaborating with clients to define scope, milestones, and required resources.

You will ensure governance, data integrity, and timely documentation while guiding the delivery team to meet objectives, budget, and schedule, and you will contribute to risk mitigation and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Construction Management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, milestones, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team to achieve goals and report status.
