Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the project management team on ground up and multi-use facility construction projects. The role emphasizes administrative support, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, invoicing, and reporting while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

The position allows a remote work schedule, supporting PM staff in the Eastern Time Zone and projects located within the US. Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• AEC experience including construction project management, owner's rep, or PM for commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management team to manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk for commercial real estate projects.
• Provide administrative support: data entry, invoicing, vendor management and reporting.
• Ensure project documentation governance and data integrity; track progress against budgets and timelines.
