Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned markets or client accounts. You will manage projects from initiation to closeout, focusing on building management deployment and delivering aligned solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes coordination with clients, defining resources, maintaining governance, and mitigating risks to meet schedules and budgets. A degree is preferred with 5–8 years of experience, plus LEED AP/PMP/CCM designations where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Construction Management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and ensure governance aligns with client requirements.
• Track project progress, report status and variances, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Coach team members and share knowledge across related disciplines within the function.
