Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead real estate initiatives in the Atlanta area, directing planning, design, construction, and occupancy from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and governance to ensure timely, within-budget delivery while managing risks and maintaining data integrity.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; 5–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare all project elements: scope of work, resources, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
