Job summary

You will lead governance, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence while partnering with internal teams, vendors, and design partners to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating executives and multi-layer management, delivering executive-ready updates, and guiding budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Certification in project management or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Experience leading complex programs across large units, sites, and markets.
• Experience managing leaders and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project and portfolio strategies across large units, markets, sites.
• Provide leadership and accountability through management layers.
• Establish governance and delivery standards for successful execution.
• Lead internal and external project teams including vendors and consultants.
• Define scope, objectives, dependencies, and change-management processes.
• Own budgets, forecasts, cost models, procurement, invoices, and governance.
• Manage timelines, resources, schedules, dashboards, risks and escalations.
• Mitigate risks, develop contingency and recovery plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Build relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, status reports, and metrics.
• Drive process improvements and change leadership across programs.
