Job summary

CEDAM seeks a Real Estate Program Manager to advance training and policy work for Michigan communities. You will work with the director of external affairs and housing team to support the Real Estate Development Boot Camp, the Affordable Housing Forum, and related trainings across the state.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate development, affordable housing, curriculum development, and coalition building, with a passion for supporting emerging developers and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate development and affordable housing.
• Experience in curriculum development and technical assistance.
• Strong coalition-building and policy advocacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Boot Camp, Affordable Housing Forum, and trainings.
• Build sponsor relationships and manage events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with MSHDA, MEDC, and regional partners on housing plans.
• Track participant outcomes and expand training offerings.
