Job summary

EIG14T Real Estate is seeking a Development Coordinator in Michigan to support Development Managers and the VP in daily operations. You will help manage processes, meetings, and data for multiple projects from pre‑budget through entitlement and submissions.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and capable of coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. This role involves travel coordination and detailed record-keeping to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development Managers with project processes and daily operations.
• Manage weekly department information, agendas, minutes, scorecards and trackers.
• Attend meetings, take notes, circulate summaries and to-dos.
• Support pre-budget and budget-related activities; gather information for submissions.
• Solicit RFPs with consultants and brokers; prepare preliminary bid tab insights.
• Coordinate meetings with municipalities, engineers and vendors.
• Arrange travel for development team members; secure flights, cars and hotels.
• Submit RFIs to tenants and departments from lease execution to construction pass-off.
• Maintain development processes in collaboration with Process & Infrastructure.
• Maintain and file project documents for consistency.
• Perform other duties as required.
