Job summary

CEDAM is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager to advance our mission by leading housing development initiatives across Michigan. The role partners with the director of external affairs and the housing development team to sustain an equitable housing development ecosystem through targeted trainings, policy updates, and coalition work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate development, affordable housing, curriculum development, technical assistance, coalition building and/or policy advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Real Estate Development Boot Camp, Affordable Housing Forum, and other housing trainings.
• Build relationships with sponsors, speakers, and industry leaders.
• Manage trainings and events from curriculum development to logistics and participant support.
• Develop mechanisms to track Boot Camp participant success beyond training.
• Coordinate trainings with third parties to create resources meeting field needs.
• Support MSHDA RHPs, contractual relations, and program implementation.
• Collaborate with MEDC to distribute predevelopment funds to Redevelopment Ready communities.
