Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a hands-on remote Operations Manager to oversee a diverse UK property portfolio from the United States. You will act as the operational anchor for acquisitions, compliance, and maintenance coordination, coordinating a small, fully remote team.

You will manage 10 properties including residential, holiday, and commercial, coordinate contractors and tenants, and automate workflows with modern systems and AI tools. UK-aligned working hours are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management or operations management.
• Strong communication, organization, and remote independence.
• Familiarity with UK property compliance and tools like Xero, ClickUp, or COHO.
• Fully remote with UK-aligned working hours.
