Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic economic and locational research via interviews and internet resources.
• Perform apartment property interviews, market analysis, and demand analyses.
• Gather information from developers, appraisers, and brokers on comps.
• Analyze demographic and economic trends affecting affordable housing demand.
• Assist in writing market studies and property appraisals.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
