Job summary

Rain City Capital is seeking a full-time Loan Officer Assistant to support the supervising LO and sales team. The role focuses on managing the loan pipeline, coordinating processing, underwriting, and funding steps, while delivering excellent client service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mortgage or real estate, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid work setup with occasional in-office and field activities is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate
• Experience in business purpose lending a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to resolve problems
• Experience using an advanced CRM and MS Office Suite
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities

Responsibilities

• Support supervising LO and sales team to move loans through origination stages
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, loan officers, processors, underwriters, and servicing partners
• Review files for issues and communicate with borrowers to resolve quickly
• Assist in building loan files in the CRM and collect missing items
• Help resolve client issues during origination and after closing
• Support loan servicing communications and follow-up on past-due items
• Organize LO contacts in the CRM and participate in networking events
