Job summary

Truehold is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our Real Estate Group, including Acquisitions, Renovations & Turns, and Transaction Management teams. This is a remote position and reports to the Director of Talent.

You will develop HR policies, address challenges across the employee lifecycle, and partner with People Ops and Real Estate leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in human resources or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate or related industry with field teams.
• Experience across multiple states in HR management.
• Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality employee experience in onboarding, employee experience, performance, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Maintain open line of communication between HR and real estate employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support real estate goals.
• Advise managers and employees on sensitive work-related issues in conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation, culture and values, and leave accommodations.
• Act as initial point of contact for real estate employees with HR-related questions.
• Develop and document policies to ensure optimum, consistent operations including attendance policies and security policies.
• Build relationships with employees and real estate management.
• Support Directors in strategic projects as needed.
