Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead site selection and growth initiatives. You will oversee projects from site selection through design and shop openings, while building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, franchise partners, brokers, landlords, and community leaders.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Travel up to 40% and remote work in Arizona are supported.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate-related experience, required.
• Knowledge of build-to-suits, leases, land use, development processes, building permits, and construction project management is a plus.
• This position requires driving, a minimum of 40% travel time.

Mansioni

• Site selection and evaluation to meet growth goals.
• Open new markets each year with broker networks and development plans.
• Foster relationships with HQ departments, community leaders, government officials, brokers, landlords and vendors, aligning with Dutch Bros values.
• Negotiate LOIs and assist in lease negotiations with legal team, franchise partners and landlords as applicable.
• Review and complete Real Estate Committee presentations for final review and approval.
