Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Real Estate Manager in the United States (Arizona) to manage site selection through shop openings. You will build relationships with HQ, brokers, landlords and developers, and drive growth through strategic market analysis and LOI negotiations.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate, knowledge of build-to-suits, leases, and development processes, and up to 40% travel. Remote work within Arizona is eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Knowledge of build-to-suits, leases, land use and development processes is a plus.
• This role requires driving up to 40% travel.
• Remote work eligibility for Arizona is available.

Responsibilities

• Secure sites to meet annual growth goals: LOIs, lease signings, approvals, and openings.
• Open new markets each year as directed by the Real Estate Committee.
• Foster relationships with HQ, community leaders, officials, brokers, landlords and vendors per Dutch Bros values.
• Perform Site Selection and Evaluation tasks with strong market knowledge.
• Maintain Real Estate Market Knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with legal and construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage projects end-to-end with a focus on deadlines and feasibility.
