Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience required.
• Knowledge of build-to-suits, leases, land use and development processes is a plus.
• Travel by driving up to 40% of the time.
• Remote work eligibility in Arizona is available.

Responsibilities

• Site Selection and Evaluation within territories.
• Maintain Real Estate Market Knowledge to target opportunities.
• Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance for properties.
• Foster relationships with HQ, brokers, landlords and developers.
