Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, required.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate-related experience, required.
• Knowledge of build-to-suits, leases, land use, development processes, building permits, and construction project management is a plus.
• This position requires driving, a minimum of 40% of time will be spent traveling.

Responsibilities

• Drive markets and track competitors, retail activity and growth patterns.
• Utilize GIS, developer growth planning and market analysis to inform site strategy.
• Maintain awareness of all site opportunities in market areas.
• Negotiate LOIs and assist in lease negotiations with legal team, franchise partner and landlord.
• Review and present Real Estate Committee materials with adequate information for review and approval.
• Educate Franchisees and Operating Partners on site selection best practices.
• Complete field reviews of sites submitted by Franchisees and Operating Partners within territory.
• Coordinate with Construction to ensure timely and feasible store openings.
