Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a seasoned real estate professional to lead global office strategy as Senior Director. You will manage leases, buildouts, budget oversight and reporting to executives while coordinating with finance, legal and operations.

You will negotiate with landlords, oversee global properties, and guide the return-to-office strategy across locations, traveling as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate and office strategy.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms experience across global offices.
• Ability to present to executives and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Real Estate strategy aligned with growth.
• Oversee global office properties, leases, renewals and budget reporting.
• Lead project management for office buildouts and relocations.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance and marketing on real estate decisions.
• Manage return-to-office strategy and hoteling/shared workspace initiatives.
• Coordinate with acquisition integration for new spaces.
