The ideal candidate has 5+ years of legal assistant experience within a sophisticated law firm and supports attorneys on commercial real estate transactions, including corporate and M&A work.

Initial work arrangement is fully remote until a permanent office space is secured; once open, the schedule will be hybrid: in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Monday and

• 5+ years of legal assistant experience within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Experience supporting attorneys with commercial real estate transactional matters, including corporate and M&A work.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience working in a large, midsize or sophisticated transactional boutique law firm.
