Benesch in Miami seeks a Real Estate Transactional Legal Assistant to join our Practice Support team. This role supports attorneys and practice groups in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling complex real estate documents and coordinating closings.
The successful candidate will manage calendars, document workflows, and client communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The position offers initial remote work with eventual hybrid scheduling and strong firm support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of legal assistant support experience in a law firm environment, preferably in real estate/transactional practice.
- Experience preparing, redlining, proofreading, and managing complex real estate and transactional documents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, format, redline, and proofread real estate and transactional documents (leases, purchase agreements, closings, etc.).
- Coordinate closings, due diligence, title and survey materials, and related documents.
- Monitor deadlines and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and accounting for timely completion.
