Beacon Hill in Miami seeks an experienced Real Estate/Corporate Legal Assistant to join its newly established Miami office. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of legal assistant experience within a sophisticated law firm and supports attorneys on commercial real estate transactions, including corporate and M&A work.

Initial work arrangement is fully remote until a permanent office space is secured; once open, the schedule will be hybrid: in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Monday and

Salary: USD85000 - USD105000 per year

A prestigious national law firm is seeking an experiencedReal Estate/CorporateLegal Assistant to join its newly established Miami office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of legal assistant experience within a sophisticated law firm environment
• Experience supporting attorneys with commercial real estate transactional matters, including corporate and M&A work
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience working in a large, midsize or sophisticated transactional boutique law firm
• Fully remote until the firm secures permanent office space in Downtown Miami
• Once the office opens, the schedule will be hybrid: Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote
• Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40
• Annual raises and bonuses
• Firm-provided laptop, two monitors, keyboard, docking station and mouse
