DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Real Estate Construction Director to lead large-scale logistics real estate projects in a remote-capable role with travel up to 25–30%. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management and 10+ years in civil engineering or construction management, with strong budgeting, tendering and contract-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering/construction management experience.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement, cost elimination and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities in a dynamic, complex environment with technical knowledge across land/site evaluations, design, tendering, contract management and sustainability.
• Deliver logistics real estate projects including design, permitting, tendering, budgeting and schedule management.
• Prepare technical documents such as specifications, permit applications and tender documents.
• Represent the company with customers, authorities and contractors.
• Obtain administrative approvals and permits and ensure feasibility studies are accurate.
• Develop project budgets and oversee tender processes for general contractors and service providers.
• Report progress to internal and external stakeholders and monitor costs to meet budgets.
