Job summary

CohnReznick is hiring a Manager to join the Real Estate team within Client Accounting Advisory. The role focuses on leading the Real Estate accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, and guiding a global team.

The position offers remote flexibility with occasional office presence for client work and meetings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Real Estate accounting, strong GAAP experience, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CPA a plus.
• 3+ years of Real Estate industry experience.
• Strong GAAP experience and controllership responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Real Estate accounting team.
• Ensure timely delivery of client work and accuracy of financial statements.
• Demonstrate ability to perform complex accounting services for clients.
• Mentor and train team members; identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with firm policies and professional standards.
