Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Real Estate team in Client Accounting Advisory. This remote role may require occasional attendance at a CohnReznick office for client work, meetings, or training.

The Senior Manager will lead a global Real Estate CAS team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high-quality client deliverables across accounting and advisory services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BA required; MBA and/or CPA license a plus.
• Experience leading business development and sales initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive and lead corporate accounting processes and procedures such as cash management, AR/AP, month end close, payroll and benefits.
• Strong Real Estate experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Real Estate accounting team. Ensure timely delivery of client work.
• Provide guidance on cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Mentor and develop managers and staff in construction accounting methodologies.
• Lead client engagements for general contractors and construction managers with high-quality service.
