Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Contact Center Team Administrator for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will support the Compass Leads Team by processing leads, handling emails, and updating CRM records while ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up with brokers and program members.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of business experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency across multiple systems.

Qualifications

2–3 years of business experience preferred.
Customer service experience in retail, financial services, or contact centers is a plus.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Accurately process lead submissions per client guidelines, via phone, email, text, and chat.
Manage incoming customer emails across program inboxes promptly.
Research and complete broker close-out tasks; proactive broker/member follow-up.
Create/update records in CRM as needed.
Maintain data accuracy and meet productivity benchmarks.
Navigate and operate multiple software systems.
