Qualifikationen

• B.Com / M.Com / CMA / CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Good written and spoken English
• Laptop with reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)

• Accounting support including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, bill entry, journal entries, trust accounting support, owner statements, month-end close support.
• Property management operations support such as maintenance coordination, rent collection follow-up, lease administration, data entry and record management.
• Hands-on experience with Buildium, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Opportunity to work with U.S.-based property management companies and learn AI-powered accounting workflows.

Our team works daily with platforms including AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, DoorLoop, CINC Systems, QuickBooks, Zoho, and AI-powered workflow tools.

We're looking for a motivated Accounting Associate who enjoys technology, learns quickly, and wants to build a long-term career in U.S. real estate accounting.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a solid accounting foundation, approximately 0-2 years of accounting experience, who is:

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  
• Detail-oriented and organized
  
• A strong communicator with good written and spoken English
  
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
  
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients during U.S. business hours
  

Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not mandatory. We'll train the right candidate.
