We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Vice President of Health Navigation Solution Strategy. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, growth and differentiation within Alight’s healthcare navigation business. As the VP of Health Navigation Solution Strategy, you will define strategic direction, spearhead market-leading initiatives, lead Product Development, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Alight’s healthcare navigation business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs, and integrating with the broader Alight product portfolio (e.g., Health Benefits Administration, Leave Management)
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and position Alight as a leader in healthcare navigation solutions
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Client Delivery, and Sales & Account Management to define and create scalable, innovative solutions
• Engage with clients, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to advocate for and articulate the value of our navigation services

Market Analysis and Innovation

• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities and enhance service delivery models

Team Leadership and Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
• Promote professional growth and cross-functional alignment within the organization
• Lead change management activities as the organization changes and grows

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and alignment with market demands
• Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to optimize operational efficiencies and service delivery

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or related leadership roles, including healthcare navigation, health consulting, or health care industry
• Proven track record of driving growth and transformation in enterprise-level environments

Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization and across multiple stakeholder groups
