Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking a visionary Vice President, Enterprise Client Success to lead one of the healthcare navigation industry's most strategic client portfolios. You will own retention and growth across top employer accounts and guide a high-performing team of client executives to deliver measurable value.
This executive will shape enterprise client strategy, partner with Sales and Product, and drive expansion while maintaining a client-first culture.

We are looking for a visionary, commercially minded Vice President, Enterprise Client Success to lead one of the most strategic client portfolios in the Healthcare Navigation industry.
This executive will be accountable for the retention, growth, and long-term success of Alight's largest and most influential Healthcare Navigation clients. You will lead a high-performing team of client executives who help leading employers improve healthcare outcomes, increase member engagement, optimize benefit investments, and elevate the employee experience.
This is more than a client success role. It is an opportunity to influence the future direction of Healthcare Navigation, shape enterprise client strategy, accelerate growth, and create meaningful impact at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of Alight's most strategic Healthcare Navigation relationships, driving retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership value.
- Serve as an executive advisor to CHROs, Benefits leaders, Finance leaders, and senior business executives.
- Connect Healthcare Navigation solutions to client priorities, workforce health, productivity, employee experience, and financial performance.
- Lead executive business reviews that demonstrate value realization, performance, innovation, and future growth opportunities.
- Identify and accelerate opportunities to expand strategic partnerships, strengthen client outcomes, and increase market impact.
- Represent the voice of the client across Product, Clinical, Operations, Technology, Sales, and other Commercial teams.
- Shape solution and service strategies based on client needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Partner with Sales and Product leadership to influence roadmap priorities, innovation efforts, and growth initiatives.
- Champion a client-first culture that continuously raises the bar on delivery excellence, member experience, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of senior Client Directors and client success leaders.
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders and strengthen organizational capability as Healthcare Navigation grows and evolves.
- Build an environment where teams challenge conventional thinking, move with urgency, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, benefits, client success, consulting, or enterprise account management.
- Proven success leading large, complex client portfolios and executive-level relationships with sophisticated enterprise organizations.
- Deep understanding of employer healthcare, benefits administration, healthcare navigation, advocacy, population health, or related solutions.
- A strong record of driving sustainable retention, expansion, and client value realization.
- Exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams through growth, change, and transformation.
- Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen, with the ability to connect strategy to execution and measurable results.
- A client-first mindset, high accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
