Job summary

Alight is seeking a Senior Product Owner with deep healthcare product experience to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams in delivering user-centered digital and human-delivered benefits and navigation solutions.

You will translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable product solutions, manage the backlog, and ensure alignment with strategy while supporting Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires US citizenship as noted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development.
• Experience building or supporting healthcare navigation platforms.
• Experience delivering user-centered digital products.
• Strong experience supporting Agile development teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Leadership to understand strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate Epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own and refine the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Clarify business rules and workflows to ensure quality delivery.
• Partner with QA to align test cases with requirements.
