Job summary

Ting Labs is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own the day-to-day operation of Ting's hardware supply chain—from contract manufacturing to 3PL and Amazon FBA. You will ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate returns, and keep ERP/WMS data aligned with operations.

You will partner with Product Operations, Engineering, and Finance to tighten processes, scale fulfillment, and build repeatable workflows as the function grows. This role is Remote-ready in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory operations at a DTC or hardware company, or on the client-operations side of a 3PL.
• ERP experience preferred; familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PLs, with serial hardware experience a plus.
• Strong reconciliation mindset; ability to identify and fix discrepancies across systems.

Responsibilities

• 3PL network operations across multiple fulfillment nodes; monitor performance, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Inventory visibility across manufacturer, 3PL nodes, Amazon, and returns; maintain reorder points and reconcile inventories.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, PO management, and inbound logistics with manufacturing partners.
• Plan and execute Amazon FBA replenishment and SKU-level inventory control.
• Own returns and reverse logistics, including RMA workflows and data feedback to systems.
