Job summary

First Resonance is seeking a Product Manager for Supply Chain to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our supply chain, procurement, inventory, and traceability modules. You will drive strategy and translate hardware-centric needs into software solutions, working closely with engineers, factory planners, and procurement teams.

You’ll combine data-driven decision making with hands-on prototyping, API exploration, and user research to simplify complex workflows and deliver measurable ROI for customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields, with exposure to software development environments.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing supply chain operations (procurement workflows, inventory/WMS logic, BOM, materials traceability, vendor management).
• Comfort with modern software concepts, APIs, databases, and hands-on prototyping in a PM role.
• Proven lifecycle ownership from research through delivery, launch and iteration.
• Ability to map complex multi-party workflows and dependencies.
• Strong communication with factory-floor specialists and engineers.
• Thrives in an autonomous agile startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for supply chain, procurement, inventory, and traceability modules.
• Define and champion roadmaps for supply chain capabilities like PO tracking and vendor management.
• Translate hardware supply chain logic into technical specs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Build functional prototypes, run data queries, and contribute to the product codebase when needed.
• Lead user research, prototyping, and acceptance testing with factory and supply teams.
• Analyze user behavior, inventory metrics, and feedback to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure ROI and smooth onboarding.
