Job summary

Uproot Lint LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, demand planning, and logistics for a fast-growing ecommerce business. This fully remote role spans the US and LATAM, with a focus on building scalable systems, improving efficiency, and expanding visibility across the entire supply chain.

You will manage supplier relationships, forecast demand, optimize inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate product data while identifying bottlenecks and implementing process

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of experience in ecommerce or DTC.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Manage purchase orders and supplier communication; Ensure timely replenishment; Monitor supplier performance.
• Demand Planning & Inventory Management: Forecast demand; Maintain optimal inventory across SKUs; Prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Logistics & Operations Coordination: Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs; Track shipments and resolve delays; Ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Product Data Management: Maintain accurate product data across systems; Ensure SKUs, costs, and inventory data are up to date; Support reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies across the supply chain; Build scalable systems and workflows; Support scaling operations.
