Job summary

First Resonance is seeking a Product Manager focused on Supply Chain to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our supply chain and inventory management capabilities. You will translate deep supply chain insights into intuitive software solutions and collaborate with engineers, factory planners, procurement teams, and hardware leaders.

Our PMs are hands-on, comfortable analyzing data, building prototypes, and navigating APIs to ship high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with software exposure.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing supply chain operations including procurement workflows and BOM/MRP.
• Technical aptitude with APIs, databases, and prototyping in a software environment.
• Lifecycle ownership from discovery to post-release iteration.
• Ability to map complex cross-functional workflows end-to-end.
• Strong communication with both factory-floor specialists and engineers.
• Adaptability to an agile startup environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain, procurement, inventory, and traceability modules.
• Define and champion the roadmap for supply chain capabilities like PO tracking and vendor management.
• Translate hardware supply chain logic into specs, wireframes, and prototypes; work with engineering to ship features.
• Develop functional prototypes, run data queries, and contribute to the product codebase when needed.
• Conduct field research and iterative prototyping with factory and supply chain teams.
• Analyze inventory flow metrics and user feedback to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, CS, and Sales to deliver measurable ROI and smooth onboarding.
