MDU Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to develop and execute social media communications across its family of companies.

You will provide centralized leadership for social platforms, ensure brand alignment, cybersecurity governance, and coordination with Customer Experience (CXT) & Enterprise Information Technology (EIT). Under the department director, you will reinforce corporate values through social content, engage customers, manage crisis communications when needed, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Three years of experience in social media management, digital communications or related discipline.
• Experience producing content for enterprise-level social platforms with design, production, copywriting, engagement and analytics in corporate or regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate and operating company objectives.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, tone and brand alignment.
• Monitor, respond to and manage customer messages and comments in a timely manner with the Customer Experience team.
• Develop and maintain bot responses to maximize customer satisfaction and support the CXT.
• Develop and maintain integrated social media content calendars.
• Create and publish engaging content across platforms.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
