Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of social media management experience
• Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts
• Strong content planning and organizational skills
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Experience managing contractors or creative workflows is a plus
• Photo and video production experience is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus, but being resourceful, organized, and good at what you do matters more

Aufgaben

• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Build monthly content calendars that connect creative ideas to actual client goals
• Plan and participate in content shoots, from shot lists to creative direction
• Collaborate with our copywriter and graphic designer to bring content calendars to life
• Manage our video editing contractor, including art direction, deadlines, feedback, and final deliverables
• Schedule and publish content, keeping everything organized and on track
• Review quarterly analytics and use the numbers to make smarter decisions
• Keep up with platform changes and trends without chasing every trend that comes along
• Keep projects moving by communicating with clients, gathering information, and flagging roadblocks before they become problems
• Ensure content stays aligned with each client's brand, strategy, and goals
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and make the work stronger
