Campbell Marketing & Communications seeks a Creative Social Media Specialist to ideate and manage global brand accounts. You’ll work independently and with a team on campaigns from trends to long-term programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in social media, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with major platforms. Hybrid schedule in Detroit, MI or remote in Charlotte, NC is available; travel 5-8 events/year.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital media, marketing, public relations, communications, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in a Social Media Manager role.
• Experience with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Strong analytics interpretation and ability to provide performance-enhancing recommendations.
• One to two years’ experience with social media ad buys.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and account activities.
• Develop understanding of each client’s objectives, industry, and target audience.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure client success across multiple accounts.
• Lead social media moderation and community management for assigned clients.
• Develop and manage social content calendars and provide insights from reports.
• Identify channel-specific trends and opportunities to enhance content.
• Attend events and cover activities from a social media perspective.
