Jocelyn Pension Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support daily 401(k) plan administration, transactions, and client service. The role focuses on participant transactions, processing timelines, and cross-functional workflow improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process participant loan and distribution requests including hardship withdrawals and RMDs.
• Verify participant eligibility for loans and distributions per plan documents.
• Ensure accurate calculation of loan repayment schedules and tax withholdings.
• Prepare daily cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from plan sponsors and participants regarding 401(k) operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and client experience.
