Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Program Security Manager to support a major defense-related program near Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves coordinating physical, personnel, and information security across multiple stakeholders and ensuring protective measures for facilities and personnel.

The position is part of our Federal Solutions team, with remote work in the first year and potential relocation thereafter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in security management, physical security, or information protection.
• Equivalent combination of security training and related military, law-enforcement, or program-security experience may be considered.
• Experience administering security activities for large defense, Federal, industrial, or infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Security Plan, procedures, registers, and reporting requirements.
• Advise leadership regarding physical security, personnel access, information protection, and incidents.
• Coordinate security requirements with Client, installation personnel, contractors, and internal teams.
• Administer personnel and site-access processes, documentation, credentials, badges, and system access.
