Job summary

Big Slate Media, a Knoxville-based production company and agency, seeks a Post Producer to drive post-production quality and efficiency. You will oversee editing, color, and sound finishes while coaching editors and coordinating with producers to meet tight schedules.

The role requires strong editorial range, storytelling sense, and ability to manage multiple active projects. Based in our Knoxville offices, you’ll collaborate with directors, creatives, and clients to deliver standout work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of professional editing experience across projects.
• Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve and color grading workflows.
• Sound editing and final mix skills for post-production finishing.
• Strong collaboration with producers, directors, and creatives.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for campaigns, social, and websites.
• Oversee post-production pipeline across active projects.
• Coach editors and improve editorial standards through reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery with high-quality finishing.
• Coordinate with producers on timelines, scope, and assets.
